What is a silent study room on StudyLivo?
A silent study room is a quiet virtual space where people work independently while sharing presence, like a library desk rather than a conversation room.
- Room name: Silent Library Focus.
- Seat capacity: 44.
- Audio is locked in this room.
- Other rooms: Deep Work Sanctuary (100 seats), 25/5 Pomodoro Sprint (60 seats, 25-minute focus and 5-minute break), and Night Owls Collective (34 seats).
What makes the silent study room different?
StudyLivo’s Silent Library Focus room is designed for quiet sessions. You are not expected to talk; the format is library-style co-presence rather than a conversation room.
Can I study independently with shared presence?
Yes. You still join a live room with other people focusing. The point is co-presence — seeing that others are studying — while each person works on their own material. Room chat remains available in the app when you need text without breaking the quiet norm.
What are the silent study session expectations?
Treat the room like a library desk: focused work, minimal disruption. Bring your own tasks; the room does not assign coursework. If you want a different rhythm, choose Deep Work, Pomodoro, or Night Owls.
How do I join the silent study room?
- Select Silent Library Focus from this page or the room hub.
- Sign in to the StudyLivo app when prompted.
- Enter the silent room and begin your quiet focus session.
